Just to update:
Today I received my Fiio E10 and Brainwavz HM5. Ordered on the 28th of November for $155, shipped on the 15th of december. I had to pay $40 extra to customs for tax and extra charges. All in all it took the package about a month to arrive and the total cost was slightly under $200.
The whole was decently packed, but the Fiio E10 didn't have it's own box. The tin can could move freely around inside the parcel. Since the HM5 isn't shipped inside a box but in a large paper package I'm surprised it didn't dent during transport. Wouldn't hurt to put the tin can inside a bubble envelop or something for extra protection.
Brainwavz HM5:The carrying case for the HM5 is great. I wish more manufacturers would include a large zipper case like that. Makes shipping a whole lot easier too since the valuables are well protected.

Is this case included as a Brainwavz accessory or is it part of the CD-880 OEM package from Yoga? If Brainwavz only: very nice addition to an already great headphone. Thanks for including! Very happy with it.
The HM5 looks beautiful and is VERY light. Much lighter than I expected. Build quality looks great on first impression and I'm looking forward to reviewing it properly. I will update this post if you're interested. The review will be posted on Head-Fi anyway.
Fiio E10:The Fiio E10 is MUCH smaller than I thought. For some reason I was expecting the unit to be about the size of a pack of cigarettes. This thing is about the size of a box of matches. Very cute.

I'm glad the version I bought is the Fiio E10 V2, with the improved bassboost graphic illustration. I actually voted on
the dedicated Fiio thread on Head-Fi where Head-Fi users could choose a graphic to be printed on the E10. Fiio obviously followed our advice and I think it's great a company actually listens to their customers. I feel a bit like my opinion mattered and has direct results. I'm actually seeing the result in an actual product right here in my hand. Good stuff.
The new, 2012 batch of E10's will have a gold plated RCA and improved headphone jack. I don't yet know if my E10 will suffer from the loose headphone jack but will update this post when I run into anything troublesome. [
EDIT: Alas, my headphone jack is indeed very loose. Touching the headphone's cable when connected to the E10 doesn't distort the sound though, not yet anyway. RMA'ing the unit for this slight defect, to me, isn't worth the hassle. I'll fix it myself.] I'm slightly disappointed the promised 3.5mm interconnect isn't included even though the USB cable and little rubber feet are. I did read on the Mp4nation product description page that included accessories could change so I guess that's covered. Still, I can't use it now since I don't have a 3.5mm cable with me. Boo.
Will further update this post with impressions on sound.
