razor - what files do we need to swap out to make hybrid firmwares?
What I would recommend is to generate a sfv file with e.g Quicksfv (google it, it's free) or some other application that can create a crc file of all the files in the unpacked Teclast FW and compare that to the other FW, you might find that there are a number of identical files in both FW's, those files you obviously don't have to worry about.
The rest is pretty much mix'n match, some files of the top of my head you wanna use from the Teclast FW are in the \system\res\ini folder, if your microsdhc card makes trouble be sure to use the MemoryCard.psw file, the same goes for the KEYConfig.psw and the USBConfig.psw, LCDConfig.psw etc. file, that might already solve your problem. As a general rule, use as many files of the original Teclast FW as necessary to get everything to run properly but start out with the FW that has the added functionality and put the Teclast ini files (mentioned above) in there and repack and see if everything works as it should.
Hope this helps.
