Texturing + power on/off issues made me mad.

That repport on another forum says that 2.3.4 is a update.

The 2.3.4 linked here is also an update or fresh install?

If I choose to updade, could it be done from any ROM/FW? like beta 0826?

Google for USB Image Tool.

Remember that you need Win XP or 2000 32 bit. Newer win will create invalid sd card.

The power button issue in 2.3 pretty much made it unuseable. I guess I will wait some more.

Can anyone give me an idea of what apps are affected by the texture issues? I have built my own rom up and so far have not seen any, this may be due to it being a slightly later beta than to ones first tried here.

Quadrant for example (that benchmark app).

Quadrant runs fine on my rom with out any white textures, any other ones you can think of I shall be happy to give them a quick test.

quadrant in original rom give me 873 and with 2.3.4uk i have 986.
Pls include the quadrant for each rom in this post, maybe users can tell tooo
in youtube i see a video for qudrant on ainol novo8 it have 2111 i dont know how it do that....
pls include the uk 2.3.4 on rom section
