Is it produced by onda iteself or just named after onda?

To be honest, I have only heared that onda produces mp4. However, I found a tablet PC named as ONDA Is it produced by onda iteself or just named after onda? Is the price reasonable if it is really manufactured by onda? If not, any recommrndations of tablet PC?

tablet depends on what you want to use it for, how much you have to spend, screen size etc etc
