This is a copy of Maderin1's "Simply Blue" theme which is now the standard theme on all new Nationite S:flo's.

It was my intention to simply copy most of the design and images over to the VX787 but in the end I had to re-produce most of it due to the sizes, format, etc..

A very big thanks to Maderin1 for allowing me to use this theme and for the fantastic job you did in designing it, I have named the theme after you to show my/our appreciation.

The download contains the resource file " BMP0.BIN " and the file to reveal the hidden firmware drive/partition " rkusb.tag "

To upgrade you're players theme you will require access to the players firmware partition which is very easy, simply copy the rkusb.tag file into the root of the players media drive ( the space outside the folders ) then switch the player off / on, when you re-connect the player to the computer you will see that there is now an additional drive showing.

If you look in the new drive you will see a folder structure ( x4 folders ) . Locate the folder " RESOURCE " and look inside it, you will see another folder " BID " , this is where the resource file " BMP0.BIN " is located.

To update the theme simply replace the existing " BMP0.BIN " file with the one you downloaded.

To change the language correction file you will have to replace the existing one which is also located in the " RESOURCE " directory but in the " SID " folder.

Ah YES!

Awesome job seasprite, especially coming from a blue-fan here. (of course, thanks go out to Mandarin as well)

I haven't even downloaded anyone else's themes since 1.8 came out, I've just waited for an official post from you.

Sorry for the bad quality, my camera died so I had to use the old webcam.

My only complaint is that the language hasn't been fixed. Can I just use the language fix you did on the 1.7 firmware?

Yes, the language file should be used with this theme.

In order to keep the file small for downloading I only supplied the theme file.

The theme works best with the first three backgrounds as they were taken from the original theme.

Did you notice the new User EQ settings and the music display/EQ ?

I also changed the eBook background and added the top bar.

And loads, loads more...

thanks for the video, it shows how much work has been put into this theme and whilst i am very happy to hear thanks from people with regard to this theme, its all seaSprites work

Yes sonicboomin, the current English translation file is totally compatible with all firmware versions including the very latest v1.8 firmware. I have added a link to the file at the top of this topic.
