I decided to give this a try. Any update on the status? I know it's only a few days past the 25th, but I'm just curious if the shipping date is known yet.

I don't care that much, but I figured others might be curious too. If I'm the only one who pre-ordered this, I guess I could open a ticket. For the record though, the "open a ticket" line doesn't instill much confidence. What trouble is it to give a general update?
