I have tried for three days to reply to a specific ticket in your Support Ticket for contact. Every single time it won't let me reply and gives me an Internal Server Error. I created an open ticket yesterday which worked but now today it won't work. This is getting really really frustrating and I have emailed your Admin at [email="webmaster@mp4nation.intrepidearth.net"]webmaster@mp4nation.intrepidearth.net[/email] 2 times and still have gotten no reply. There is ABSOLUTELY no other way I can contact your company! So I am posting my reply to ticket number 439961 in this forum as I am at a loss for what else to do. I suggest you get your ticket site fixed or maybe create a phone number people can call you at!

As I've stated before I appreciate your trying to help but I do not wish to have myself or my boyfriend try over and over again to get these updates when the device keeps freezing and crashing. And unfortunately at this point, knowing how items are sent to customers without updates or instruction manuals, I have absolutely no desire to get a replacement.

This is my first time dealing with MP4 Nation and I would hope based on good business ethics you understand my frustration and disappointment. I checked my invoice this morning and your website to confirm; my invoice stated I selected "Free Worldwide Standard Registered Airmail 4-14 business days" (I did not select the $18.50 charge on 3-5 days shipping) and as the website states:

“MP4 Nation offers FREE WORLDWIDE standard registered airmail service for all items on our site. There is no additional cost to the buyer for using this method of service. There are no hidden costs or associated costs. Free, in this case, really means free!”

If you advertise free shipping then there should be no deduction on my refund for shipping. As an internet business I would hope MP4 Nation understands the power of customer satisfaction and repeat business compared to a customer that is very unhappy. When a customer cannot test an item before ordering online they put their trust into the business hoping they are sent everything as advertised. This is why so many online websites (the only ones I've purchased from, minus this one) have a guarantee and also send a return shipping sticker with the item just in case there is something wrong. I would hope that if MP4 Nation stays in business they do so because they understand this.

I sent the item back this morning via airmail on my own dime. I suspect it will take 4-14 business days to get to you.

I'd appreciate if you'd contact me when you've given me my refund.

use the live chat, its on the main shop during working hours, hong-kong time, this is the quickest way to get in touch, especially if there is a fault with the ticket

We state everything on out site clearly, all buyers are expected to read what is there and we even make you confirm that you have read our Terms of Conditions as part of the checkout procedure.

There is obviously a cost of shipping, we just factor registered airmail shipping into our prices, which when factored in are still very low prices :)
