Can anyone help me?

I have the HDVP-2 and updated to firmware V5.0, it does not matter if I play a movie through wifi, SD card or flash drive the picture will freeze but the sound continues. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what can i do to fix it?

Cheers
Galvo

Yes, has happened to me aswell, go back to V4.0 firmware, it seems to fix a lot of problems... :)

Downgrade? Yes, strange but true ;)

It sounds like the encoding problem.

I'm glad the downgrade has fixed it, but it might be worth looking to try and find out what the issue was.

The issue is that v. 5 has a lot of problems, with freezing and network streaming etc etc. Almost all issues people have in n this forum is fixed by downgrading to v4.

Interesting to know, I haven't got any problem playing videos though the internal hard drive, not use the network streaming atm. Can't really tell difference between v4 and v5.
