I sended the error unit back to Hong Kong (since I hade detected the error within the service period) becauce of the glitch on the screen.

Today I received a message I will get a brand new (!) one.

Perfect service, so I can (still) recommend Mp4Nation to everyone out there :)

Sorry that it did have the autopilot issue, my guess is still that the frame may have been pushing down on the touch screen more than it should due to either misplacement or fitted too tight, this would cause the auto touching. Hope the replacement arrives asap to you.
