Yeah we will start selling this right away, i tested out the Wifi at a starbucks today, worked fine, but the battery lasted for about 1hr only before it died, just as i thought it would.

Wow, 1 hour. Not great for wifi use. Can we expect to see a video review soon, Raz? Definitely like to see this device in action before I drop the coin on it. Will extra batteries be available? Looking forward to your response.

Also, can you plug a usb keyboard into this thing to interface with stuff like Word, Excel, etc??

That battery has got to improve for wifi use.

Is Outlook also part of the preloaded software?

outlook isn't preloaded, once i get instructions on how to get this to work with activesync, adding extra programs like outlook won't be an issue

As for Wifi, its not the battery's fault, it is just wifi will eat up the battery fast, it comes with a 2800mAh battery, it lasts for quite a while, at least for continuously using the player like a comp, switching between apps, games, movies and music (so the processor was being used to the max quite extensively, it lasted almost a good 4hrs.

I have the player right now attached via a long USB cord to my comp and on one of the viewing stands that we have now, been playing Monkey island 2 for the last 1hr and a half, its like having a mini computer in front of me while still doing work on my main comp.

It looks very interesting. Windows CE 5.0, Wi-Fi and GPS look like a great combo!
