On chinese market this mix of mobile and pc is doing a bunch of people wonder what this is able.
I think that the most interesting is that it support skype and has vga output.

It:
Support the global three major 3G standards, MSN/Skype/QQ free video calls, various stock/futures/foreign exchange software, numerous external devices, GPS real-time traffic, more than 500 kinds of video/audio formats, all internet banking and third-party payment platforms, such as Alipay, direct access to Outlook address book (synchronization free).

Although it had all the bug of the usual XP OS.
Will it have a dedicated crtl+alt+del button? (just a old joke)

The HTC HD2 (Leo) weighs 150+ grams; the Nokia N900 about 180 grams...this thing weighs 400??? You might break your jaw if you're too fast to answer an urgent call.

For the moment, though, it has all the hallmarks of vaporware.

its possible to make, its just shoving as much hardware as you can find into a small body, but louis is right, its pretty much vaporware for now.

"xpPhone now also to Run Windows 7"

"There will also be HDD versions (we believed they’d only come out with SSD ones) The price, starting at $500, will top at $700. Read on for the specs and options of the xpPhone."

Thats got to be one big brick, i find it hard to imagine any device that can support full windows to be light in physical weight or anything we may accept as being light for a mobile phones

Sometimes too many bells and whistles take a product away from what its supposed to do.

I'm still in "believe it when I see it" mode; so far only more features/more superlatives announcements, some PS renderings, and a dummy mockup at a trade fair earlier this year.
