10 GB Music Storage?

Dang, you guys got lost of music. I have in the range of 200 songs(though some are RARed). But that is about 5gb of data. Half a gig is learn by tape, another half are music vids(well, just 6 vids, lossless audio and HQ vids too). So about 4 gb of audio files. Ah, I love my lossless. Flac, APE, WV, TTA, I love them all. Plus I have the hidef CD image, cover art, and booklet all embeded into the files.

i had like 2 gb worth of songs, and that in itself is overwhelming, i think people use the rest of the space for like movies n stuff.

I have over 60gb worth of songs on my pc, I obv don’t listen to it all, but it’s good to have different music on hand for different moods

I'm a music journalist, so I have a lot of music. Right now, just on my iTunes (which I update/clean up/ move a lot to my external every month) has 11,235 songs totaling in at 47.16 GB. Most of it is 128 AAC or 320 MP3, so yeah. And I listen to a lot of it. I've had this laptop for 7 months, and iTunes statistician says I listen to about 90 songs a day, on average. So, take it as you may.

It was waaaaay to easy for me to get my collection(currently over 300gb).Im a musician and love all types of music.I started in the days of napster,and belong to several music aggregaters on the web,so finding new and different music is a hobby for me.I always download or rip full albums as well,as you never know what jem you might be missing if you only download select tracks.I store all of my music on a seperate hard drive,as losing all of that music is a no no in my book

If your interested in increasing your music collection,join lastfm or similar,you will never know what your missing till you try

Last.fm is a godsend. It finds shows for you in your area, finds artists. Whatever you need! I love it so much!
WE SHOULD TOTALLY START AN MP4 nation Last.fm! It'd be greaaaat!
