Broken on/off switch

The On/Off switch on my S:Flo is no longer working. It doesnt spring back into middle position either anymore. Now the only way to turn it on is to plug it in via usb and charge it, and the only way to turn it off is to let it run out of batteries...I have no idea why the switch just died.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

i think someone else had this problem too . what`s wrong with it ? does it stick or something ?

Its easy to fix, you can pop the back off and realign it, or contact us for a RMA and we will do it

you may also be able to play around with the button and pop it back into alignment with the internal switch
