Please, I need help.
I have a onda vx777, bought yesterday, I put music, but after teh player did not open the folder in My Computer, gives an error message that the disk must be formatted, but the formatting is not made until the end, gives an error before.
so I did download a program from HP, which formats the USB, it is called "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool", but even with that program he only format for NTFS and FAT32 is not enough to end and gives the same error message.
Can I make it back to the original?

NOTE: He does not transfer any kind of file to the folder ...
What can I do?

Hope I understand this right....

The player [vx777] wont 'play' any music?

1. When trying to select music to play, was the icon for the music player selected?
On this player if you select 'video' for instance and go to the music folder...it wont play the music, as it is looking for video files.

2. Your PC is saying that vx777 needs to be formated?
If you have nothing on it - or it dont play, as seems to be the case, go ahead and format it.
It wont hurt the player, BUT, any files you put on it will be lost.

Format to FAT32 and use the FULL.

From what I can see in your pix, you seem to be doing it right....

May try the 'Quick' format....

If that one dose work then do it again using full format.

If not.....May be a bad player - or, at least the memory on it.
I have not seen....any vx777, that could not be formated though.... :(

1) try a different USB cable
2) try it on a different USB port or PC

This type of error normally is from a faulty cable or port. You can verify that its not memory, if the player turns on fine and you are able to use the sample video and audio files, then the memory is working fine, if corrupt then the player wouldn't even start properly.
