Could Raz or someone create a post that describes GNU policy please?
I second that. More so, Raz should make a policy that governs all of the themes/mods that are put onto this site. It would need to say:
*Permissions ( Frimware can not be used for any commercial use -- Themes can be moded/ redone by anyone.
*who owns the content (e.g. Mp4 nation owns all submitted themes or the author owns the themes)
*what content can be used in making frimware. (E.g All original images/code must be under the GNU/GLGP)
There is a need for a policy as for there are at least two other cases:
http://www.mp4nation.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=4201http://www.mp4nation.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4269YES, I know that it will be impossible to really enforce these rules, but still having them would bring a sense of security.
{ALSO NOTE: The images are under the GNU Lesser General Public License (GLGP) which is different from the GNU.}
