There is a green screen that comes up on my meizu player every time I turn it on it says No Resource! Please Upgrade Resource Again! It pops up right after the loading.... message. I plugged it into my computer and all of my files have been deleted every folder is empty all of my music files are gone and everything that I have recorded. The arrows don't even pop up when I connect it to my computer as well as the battery icon when the player is charging.

Can someone help me I don't know what to do I tried putting more music on my player but can't pull any thing up because it doesn't go past the green screen but the music does show up in my music folder?

Thanks in advance!

somehow you have done a hard resrt on the player, this can happen by pressing a combination of buttons or freak accident (never to me before)

you need the "resource" ile that has all the images for the user interace as the player has lost them

did you try to update the firmware

go here
http://en.meizu.com/down_x.asp?MZ_ID=137&Type=2

and follow the instruction to install the new firmware and al should be ok

a hard reset will format the player so all files wil be lost, but if this happend on its own you need to monitor this and see if it happens again as these players are quite robust and shoul not do this
