Onda VX373 charging

Hi, my daughters mp4 player is having problems charging. on the battery info screen it says DC to weak and 18 hours+ to charge. Its connected to an Imac usb port. Do i just leave it that time? She hasnt used it in a while and has gone completely flat

some of mp4 player cant be charged through usb port..some do but it does take long time to charge..you need to make sure it can charge through pc. does it have ac charging port.?
