I noticed on the s:flo description page that it is supposed to support the following video formats:
"No restriction, no limitation, no propriety video format restriction - the Nationite S:Flo is capable of playing multiple video formats AVI (DIVx/Xvid), RM, RMVB, FLV, ASF, WMV, MPEG-1/2/4 and 3GP."
but if you scroll further down the page, you'll see the video formats supported are as follows:
"Video Playback Formats AVI, RM, RMVB, FLV "
I think the first part of the description should be updated. I tried to play an mp4 format and it did not. the s:flo returned "file format error" dialogue.

Re: s:flo supported Video Formats
it can play FLV
MP4 formats as in apple ones use a different codec that is not supported on this player, H234 .. or something like, that and that is what will be needed in the list of formats for to play your file, remember MP4 is now seen as a generic term to indicate that a player support video. MPEG, 1 2 3 4, does not mean files with .MP4 file name

It can now play MP4 if you download the additional codecs and copy them onto the player.

It also plays FLAC, if anyone's interested.
