Was wondering if someone with the player can confirm if, when plugged into the wall, you can still use the player, and more importantly, does the tv out function still work?

Also, how do you change the icons, fonts, etc on these, the s:flo seems comparatively easier using the rkusb.tag and the firmware editor. Sorry if it's already been asked but I tried to seach for the step by step topic like you've done for the s:flo and can't seem to find one. Is modding the vx777 going to be more of a pro's domain or is it simple like the s:flo?

First thread is for the vx747 second thread is for the vx767. I know you have the VX777 but it’s the same. Both threads are an excellent source fore info. As for the wall charger I cannot answer that I do not own one. Although the 747 will work, when charging. Hope this helps.

This will probably show my lack of technical knowlede but has anyone actually tried putting the S:Flo firmware on the vx777? Just completely replaceing the hidden section of one with the other or are they completely incompatable due to them being different chips? I would just love to get the onda wotrking like the S:Flo - ondas hardware with s:flo's software would make the perfect player! :D

It works if you plug it into a computer. You just have to right click the icon and stop the device, while leaving it connected. Then it will charge while you can use the player.
