Finally got my Hacha Pa20. I opened it, took out what was inside. The headphones were a piece of crap, they are huge and uncomfortable. It comes with a converter for you to use other headphones to work with the pa20. Has the USB cord. Also comes with an headphone extender and driver drive.

I plugged in the usb to my comp from the pa20, driver was auto installed by my computer. No disk was required. Now when i put in the disk to install everything else, NONE of them would work. All have erors saying file not found..etc. Im runing WINXPSP2. I cant even upgrade the firmware because the software doesnt run.

Now the player part. The touch is pretty nice, have trouble touching the right spots once in a while, but not a problem. The built in speakers...sucks horribly. Its not loud as i expected it to be. That was a huge downside for me. Movies plays nice, the music plays nice, radio is nice. I was surprised with the radio tech. , i had no static at all. The interface of the pa20 is nice, only downside of it is that even though you change the language to english, there is still alot of chinese wordings when music is being played. Hopefully, the future firmware would change the chinese to full english...after making a working firmware upgrader.

I will be making a video review myself later on. I give this product a 3.5/5. -WillCho415

willcho415 about the music being in Chinese, if your talking about the music that came with the player - those files have their lyric and ID3 tags written in Chinese, you may not see the Chinese writing if you try one of your own music files.
