Well we've been hinting at our new NaNite line for a bit now, I got round to finally do a video review of the first addition to that line, the N1, much needed seeing how the player are already in production over at the factory.

The new NaNite N1 provides for a compact, durable and good quality mp3 device, capable of 40 hours of continuous audio playback with only having charged it for less than two hours.

The player has at its core a Sigmatel media processor, providing for quality audio sound, high battery efficiency and sorting of music by ID3 tag information.

The N1 is an ideal player to be conveniently carried around in your pocket, be it at work, at the gym or while your jogging, the one thing the NaNite N1 will never be called is inconvenient. The player will be quite affordable with the 2GB starting at $39.50, 4GB at $49.50 and the 8GB at $69.50 (with Alpha Brainwavz).

Isn’t that just sexy! The factory sent us over the complete finished Nationite NaNite N1 sample to confirm, we have to say they did a good job, the black color version looks quite sexy, although the back design could have been printed somewhat different or we could have designed it a little different, its still quite nice.

nice little player. I was thinking about buying one for my cousin. but that price is abit of a monster.

Raz! this id like a compact, durable, efficient mp3 player that everyone loves to carry in their pocket everywhere.
But there are no batteries!
Wouldve loved to see a battery powered mp3 instead of the hassle of pc charged.

YEAH, BUT ITS 40HOURS FOR 2 hour charge, it 6 of 1 and half dozen of the other, odds are when you need to replace the batteries you wont have any anyway, if the battery was like 8-10 i could see the argument but its 40 hours, probably only need to charge it once a week

nice one raz .. but no radio??? thats a shame and whats witht he big icon in the music list, it takes up a 1/3 of the screen cramming the song title right down

BUT ... BUT .. BUT ITS SORTS TAGS PROPERLY ...bloomin heck, proper tag sorting in a Chinese player .. well, i did not think i would live to see the day ... hang on, aint sigmatel an American company (for the chip)

But the price isn't...TOO bad. For something with not a lot of function, especially considering I don't need headphones or anything..

I'm just working on the new Tags for the forum... it was a test... They are almost all here, and getting 6 new friends soon... lol Well, maybe 7, with the N1 coming out!

Very nice,what I was expecting ,and 8gb isnt that bad for the size.Price isnt out of line either,I just might pick one up for a knock around player.

Well good to see people like the look of the player, the player itself isn't that cheap, the sigmatel chipset is more expensive than the more common action and rockchip chipsets and also the flash price is still much higher than it was. Anyways the presale should offer some attractive prices
