As for the first one (the new nano knockoff), the big drawback is actually the touch screen. With a screen that small already (despite adding a need .5" to it), it's pretty impractical to have a touch screen on something so tiny. Selection (especially with big fingers) would be VERY difficult.
As for the second player, blufin has been around for a while making good quality (though second tier next to Creative, Archos, iRiver, Cowon, and I hate to say, Apple) HDD players. With a 4.3" screen a 30gb hd, that's a pretty standard HDD PMP. It's very nice aesthetically. I guess it's popularity would come down to if it offers competitive pricing (that is, if they want to sell them over the top tier players, they're going to have to be dirt cheap)! Unfortunately, I can't see on that page where it lists the price.
And looking closer at the pic, it looks like it offers a Windows-based platform that functions as a PDA. This should be a feature that should set it apart from the crowd, too.
If you click the next link under the Spanish description...

...you'll find an even more interesting PMP. It seems to have everything from that first Blufin but also with GPS capability. Now THAT'S a player that could be marketed well!
It features wifi and a 2mp camera. It VOIP compatible (with Skype, etc) and, best of all, it has the best name I've seen since the Optimus 1 - The Blufin "Extreme Pleasure"!
Sound naughty!
Looks like it runs for 400€, which is about $586 US.
THAT'S A LOT OF COIN!
