Anyone want to share what the best things they bought on black friday were?

A few friends of mine camped outside of bestbuy to buy a $300 laptop. lol
its probably going to be broken in a few months =D

It's the day after Thanksgiving here in the US, most of
the stores here have semi-large discounts on
merchandise.

It represents when stores revenue margins for the year finally get "out of the red" and in to "the black", therefore making their stores profitable for the year.

Cyber Monday is the colloquialism that was dubbed the following Monday after Black Friday, being the "Black Friday" for Internet sales (indicating that sales are high because that's when people come back from Thanksgiving break to their computers at work and order stuff online).

I bought nothing... I try to stay away from malls on Black Friday. Going out shopping the day after Thanksgiving is just asking for frustration. I drove by a local shopping mall on Friday at around 10:00 a.m., and holy crap, there was an immense sea of vehicles and not a parking spot in sight.

A friend of mine planned to sit out in front of a Best Buy at midnight on Friday morning so he could get a laptop they were offering to only the first 100 customers at a very low price. Considering the temperature was about 25 degrees F. (-2 C.) that night, I didn't envy him. I would never wait outside overnight to buy anything, I don't care what it is or how cheap it is! There'll be other good deals to be had the closer it gets to Christmas Day.
