So I emailed about not getting my brainwaves with my S:Flo Lite and I got a response telling me to open a new Ticket. I did that but I don't know how to see the status of it because I never got a Ticket Number. I saw in another thread that this issue must be addressed within 24 hours of receiving my order. In a couple hours it will have been 24 hours and I'm not sure what to do.

i opened a ticket too but didnt get a number either!

Well you only need to tell us within 24hrs, as long as you have dione that its fine, all tickets have a date and time stamp. Please do allow for 3 working days for a reply.
