Great IEM at great prize. No Cons. Buy them and shut up. (Posted on 4/8/13)Overall - Good QualityReview by Paul

This is my first step in Brainwavz universe, the quality and the look is very attractive. I will compare it with Soundmagic PL50. The sound is good, more bass than Soundmagic PL50 but there is less detail than Soundmagic PL50, it sound too sweet for me.Overall
It's an other experience of sound with this product. The isolation is a little inferior than Soundmagic PL50. The only problem for me is the cable noise, when we walk or move head. The confort is good but less than Soundmagic PL50.
I will recommend this product for his good price/quality. (Posted on 3/21/13) - Bang for BuckReview by Saurabh

My previous IEM was soundmagic PL-50 (balanced armatures).Overall
BA type earphones are generally mid centric and are higher in clarity compared to dynamic type IEM.
However this earpiece blew my mind with almost similar level of clarity with a punchy bass. The housing is strong metal. Beautiful to look at. The case and the handful spare tips are great!
The only problem with them is the driver flex. It is only present on one earpiece. Certainly not a deal breaker. But it is irritating while inserting the earpiece. That crunchy sound. After that there's no problem whatsoever.
In a nutshell you squeeze every possible value out of your hard-earned penny! (Posted on 3/18/13) - Great IEM for Little MoneyReview by Mattia

This is my second pair of Brainwavz (i also own a pair of Brainwavz B2) and I'm really satisfied with this buy. Compared with B2 (even if the latter are long way better with a wonderful level of clarity and detail) they are funnier to listen to.Overall
But i got this IEM to replace my Senheiser CX-300 Precision II (my daily-use IEM; B2 are too expensive to be brought when i travel). Well, M5 outperform Sennheiser on every aspect; Bass is strong, not as much as sennheiser's one but it is long way deeper and extended to 20 Hz; and the sound is overall clearer and more detailed.
Now one word about build quality: ROBUSTNESS, very strong cable and housing in aluminium. (Posted on 3/2/13) - Great IEM for Little MoneyReview by Mattia

Delivery was extremely fast, overall built quality is good, sound is far better than my previous Sienns cx300 (More bass and clearness).Overall
Bottom line: driver flex totally ruined the good impression I've got after first use. Both right and left driver has severe reaction on each tiny motion I make. Clicking sounds is a less important part of a problem, once driver get flexed the volume dropping down more than 50%. There are many users on different forums that mentioned this problem insignificant downside, but I didn't realize that situation is so much worse.
I would never recommend it to anybody (Posted on 2/21/13) - Value for moneyReview by supersticks

For the price tagged on the product , nothing you can complain about it. The build is pretty sturdy although the cable is quite thin.. I guess bass-heads would love this earphones , it doesn't sound muddy. However in my opinion wise, most of the time I appreciate more towards the instruments rather than the vocals in the music I listen too. What a great buy! The bass is strong and powerful without sounding muddy at all, controlled and detailed. They sound great with all genres. (Posted on 10/26/12)Overall
