I own Brainwavz B2, HM5, HM3, R1, M2, M4, M1, Soundmagic PL30 & ajay's 3... but after B2s, , I find these the earphones of my choice....Overall
The sound-stage is wide and the sound is balanced and I donot need an equalizer setting when I use my Ipod
Must haves and a steal at this price. I have been using these for almost a year and they are holding to the ruff use well...

very nice earphones at this price,,,,i have used them with galaxy s2,iPhone 4 and htc sensation. The mic is brilliant. The voice is crystal clear over the talks.Even the music listening is a good experience. So overall 9/10. (Posted on 2/2/13)Overall - Balanced IEMs with clean vocalsReview by Justme

As entry level IEMs they provide good quality sound with detailed and clean vocals. I'd describe them as being little warm and balanced, though they aren't bass heavy. Sound stage is quite wide and above average. It is also important to select some good tips to make them seal well and sound well. They are worth trying for the price, but of course more expensive Brainwavz IEMs have also more competent sound. (Posted on 1/14/13)Overall - bad earphonesReview by Alexandr

came as a gift to the amplifier, assembly bad, in hands the left earphone collapsed at elastic band removal, a sound simply awful! As at cheap fonts for phone! I don't recommend to buy! (Posted on 12/2/12)Overall - Good Sound/ Value For MoneyReview by Sandeep

Very good sound esp i like the bass at this price range.Overall
Only con is that its build quality, i had 2 pair of them, now might be stretching sound comes only in the right earbud. might be bcoz of the excessive use. i use them day and night!
But overall very great product. Just Try them once! (Posted on 10/15/12) - Good quality / good priceReview by Felipe

The sound is very nice and it comes with lots of in-ear adjusts to choose. I tryed with lots of music and compared to my Porta-Pro. Recommend this product. (Posted on 10/10/12)Overall - Not worth the moneyReview by oops

Ordered two pairs and one is dead on arrival. Can't believe people are giving such high ratings for the earphone. The makeship is ok but the audio quality is similar to those free ipod earphones (Posted on 10/10/12)Overall - Better the oem iphone earphonesReview by Pat

Got these for $15 and they are much better then the supplied earphones that come with iphones, Can't beat them for the price. (Posted on 10/10/12)Overall - Great for the price.Review by Christian

Good sound quality for a more than reasonable price.Overall
These are the best so far in this price range. (Posted on 9/6/12) - Comparable to my three-times-cost IEMReview by PIN
-
I am so surprised that his IEM is comparable to my other IEM - that cost me more than three times of this IEM cost!Overall
I buy this IEM as result of reading other person review in the internet. They said how good this IEM was.. and after reading couple of them, i decided to but it... I must admitted... the reviewer in the internet is really honest about this IEM quality! it is sooooooo comparable to my other IEM! I hate it, but I love it! I hate as I spend too much $$ in the good-brand-of IEM previously while I can get same quality with much cheaper price... I love it as it is really good!
the only disadvantages to me is the earbud, I can't find one which perfectly fit my ears.. but It is alright, I still can live with it.... not too bad either! (Posted on 8/21/12) - Басы Review by Denis

These headphones bass am feeling much better than the Alpha. For me, it's not a plus, but for many, yes, I know. Landing in the ears is much better than the Alpha, but worse than in the SM PL50. The wire quality. Unfortunately I had little used them, so that durability will not say anything. Rated 4 set with an eye on the price. (Posted on 8/11/12)Overall - Great Sound / Not so great build qualityReview by Rafael

I found this pair of earphones to have a really good sound. Good bass, clean mid and trebble.Overall
Nonetheless, the build quality could be better. The cover behind the earphone unglued and I had to re-glue it. The wire happens to be a little too short and thin for my taste.
Overall, a good product (Posted on 8/3/12) - Decent valueReview by dragon2knight

I own several pairs of high end IEM's, mostly from here(Brainwavz series),but from time to time I like to give the lower end ones a try to see if they have anything to offer us audiophiles.Overall
The latest generation Beta's are a nice choice if funds are limited. I found the sound to be full, not overpowering in any one regard. Bass is there, but not to the extent it overshadows the higher end, and vice versa. I like the overall sound, and the fit in my ear is also above average, with lots of tips included to insure a perfect fit, very important in an IEM.
The build quality isn't the greatest, though, with thinner wires than I would like, but overall, for the price, it's acceptable. All told, the Beta's are a good set of IEM's for a bargain price, and more than that is hard to ask for :-) (Posted on 7/26/12) - SQ not for me.Review by William

I've a TDK IEM and I find the TDK has more bass compared to this.Overall
This IEM is very bass anemic. Clarity is very good. So I think you need to EQ it to be a little more bass.
However, the good thing is the packaging is well done and there is alot of earphones cups thrown in , so you can change anytime.

These IEM's do indeed please bass lovers and the mids are ever so slightly recessed. The highs are right on the line as not too much or not too little.Overall
This disign I originally laughed at, but once I placed them in my ears I was amazed at their fit! By that I mean they are snug and never fall out! They look weird yet sit naturally in the ears.
Build quality in straight forward with no extras to fancy them up! (Posted on 7/2/12) - Good pair of earphones, especially for budget minded peopleReview by Akshay

I've been using these since an year now.Overall
The sound quality is good. Though bass is a bit less, but its not muddy as you find in other cheap earphones. Also, the sound signature is a bit airy, so that is pleasing to the ears.
The sound isolation is not perfect, so I use it mostly in office. Use them with comply foam tips, and its much better!
Bottomline: If you are tight on budget, and want to experience good sound signature, these are the earphones to go for! (Posted on 7/1/12) - Good price/quality ratioReview by Nicolas

The Brainwavz Betas are surprisingly good for the price. As with any cheap pair of IEMs, they are lacking in certain areas, but offer a well rounded package that's certainly better than the competition at this price point.Overall
Although they don't excel in any particular areas, the Betas are good in most of them. The bass is not spectacular and won't make bassheads happy, but it's nicely separated from the mid range and it's not muddy or overly boomy. There's no obvious recession in the mids, and the treble, although lacking in sparkle, is not fatiguing or sibilant at all.
Bottomline: The Betas are a great pair of IEMs if you are on a tight budget, and they are a good introduction for those who haven't used in-ears before. (Posted on 6/15/12) - Just PerfectReview by Maykel

Awesome earphones for its price, they are detailed and balanced. The comply foam is also a really nice addition, because those tips actually stay in your ear, whereas the normal ones might slip out.Overall
One thing might be improved is the cable strenght, because it happend to me two times there was a cable crack. (Posted on 6/12/12) - Great value for moneyReview by Erd

These earphones have unbelievable detail and balance for this price range. They are very comfortable too: you could forget that you are wearing them especially when using the comply foam tips provided. Highly recommended. (Posted on 6/1/12)Overall
